Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. ·         Assist patients in activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety.
·         Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
·         Collaboration and Communication:
·         Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and revise patient care plans and ensure coordinated and holistic care.
·         Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, providing clear and concise information regarding patients' conditions, treatments, and progress.
·         Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their rights, privacy, and dignity are respected and upheld.
·         Collaborate with other nurses and healthcare staff, promoting a supportive and collaborative work environment.
·         Documentation and Record-Keeping:
·         Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, medications administered, and other relevant information.
·         Adhere to legal and ethical standards of nursing practice and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.
·         Utilize electronic medical record systems and other documentation tools efficiently and effectively.
·         Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
·         Stay updated on current nursing practices, procedures, and evidence-based interventions through continuous education and professional development.
·         Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
·         Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in research activities when applicable.
